Ingredients:

Organic unbleached wheat flour, binchotan charcoal powder, sea salt, filtered water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
2. Remove softened noodles from the pot. Soak in cold water for 30 seconds. Drain water and set aside.
3. Stir fry noodles with vegetables. Serve hot. Alterbatively, toss with soba sauce or dashi for soup noodles.

This product contains gluten, store in a cool and dry place.
