Terms & Conditions
- All products that are purchased from our e-store are not applicable for return/exchange except for damaged product(s), wrong product(s) delivered or short expiry (less than 6 months.
- To request for a return/replacement, you are required to send us an email or call us within 2 days after receipt of your order(s). Our customer service representative will guide you through. The cost of return will be borne by us.
- Return(s) shall be accompanied with the Tax Invoice. All return(s) without Tax Invoice will not be entertained.
- We do not practice cash refund. All return(s) will be made in kind of the same value.
- Any product(s) that has been consumed/used will not be entitled for return/exchange.
- We will only accept order cancellation by email followed by phone call, if the order has not being processed yet.
- We will only refund 97% of the total order amount.
Login Name or Password
- Please drop us a message in the enquiry box if you forget your username and/or password and we will revert soonest possible to recover your account.
- Click on “Product” on the top menu bar and select the item you would like to order and add in the shopping cart.
- Once completed, click on “Checkout” to proceed with the payment instruction.
- Kindly sign up for an account (for new customer) or login using your username and password.
- If you have forgotten your password and/or username, please click on “Forget Password/Username” and follow the instruction(s) to recover your account.
- We will take 2 working days to pack your order(s).
- You will receive an email notification once your order(s) has been picked up by the courier service provider.
- All transactions will be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.
- Payment is accepted via online banking or credit card.
- If the product(s) that you would like to order is not available, please drop us an email. We will send you a notification when it is available.
- We do not accept order(s) via phone or email
