Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We would like to hear from you should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered. If you wish to return for refund/exchange, please notify us within seven (7) days upon receiving the Products.
Return for refund/exchange can be arranged under following reasons:-
PLEASE NOTE REQUEST MADE AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS UPON PRODUCTS RECEIVING WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
- Return(s) shall be accompanied with the Tax Invoice. All return(s) without Tax Invoice will not be entertained.
- We do not practice cash refund. All return(s) will be made in kind of the same value.
- Any product(s) that has been consumed/used will not be entitled for refund/exchange.
1. What should I do to request a return for refund/exchange?
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service personnel shall guide you through the process.
Do provide us the following details – Full name (as per NRIC) , contact no., order ID, product description/remarks and photos (i.e. photo of damaged products with product batch no.)
2. What should I do if I have ordered the wrong product?
Please call us immediately at +60 18-209 2888 (Working hours: 9am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday) or drop us an email at email@example.com and provide us the following details – Full Name (as per NRIC), contact no., order ID, product description/remarks.
Parcel packed but not shipped – we can hold your order and issue a refund via in-store credit/voucher which you may use to purchase other products (we do not issue cash refunds).
Parcel packed and shipped – we are sorry as we will not be able to process for change of product(s) after the parcel leaves our warehouse.
