Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, nuts, raisins, salt, and mix well. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, nut butter, and plant-based milk until smooth. 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If it feels too dry, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time. 4. Deep-frying magic!
