Basic cooking instruction:

Cook a cup of quinoa in a pot of boiling water (2 cups). Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes. Serve quinoa as like serving rice.
